Tats\u00e4chlich wurde 1999 eine Partnerschaft zwischen EniChem (dessen Polyurethan-Gesch\u00e4ft 2001 von Dow \u00fcbernommen wurde) und BUSS ChemTech (damals Kvaerner Process Technology) geschlossen, um eine alternative und verbesserte Technologie f\u00fcr die Hydrierung von DNT zu TDA zu entwickeln. Die spezifischen Ziele der Entwicklung waren die Senkung der Katalysatorkosten (aktive Metalle, mechanische Verluste), die Verbesserung der Prozessselektivit\u00e4t durch Reduzierung schwerer Nebenprodukte und die Senkung der Gesamtinvestitionskosten.  <\/p>\n<p>Die Zusammenarbeit erstreckte sich \u00fcber alle Phasen der Prozessentwicklung, von der chemischen Bewertung und Optimierung bis hin zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Scale-up-Parameter im Pilotma\u00dfstab, wobei alle festgelegten Ziele erreicht wurden. Ein bemerkenswerter Aspekt war die Konzeption eines kontinuierlichen Prozesses, einschlie\u00dflich der Entwicklung eines Inline-Filtersystems innerhalb des Kreislaufsystems. Alkenoxiden gewonnen. Die Reaktion wird durch Metallhydroxide oder Doppelmetallcyanide (DMC) katalysiert, wobei letztere eine h\u00f6here Kinetik und engere Molekulargewichtsverteilungen bewirken. <\/h3><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_12 text_image_content_text  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Polyetherpolyole werden haupts\u00e4chlich zur Herstellung von Polyurethansch\u00e4umen (hart oder weich) und f\u00fcr CASE-Anwendungen (Beschichtungen, Klebstoffe, Dichtstoffe und Elastomere) verwendet. Chemisch zeichnen sie sich durch Hydroxylgruppen aus, die bei der weiteren Reaktion mit Isocyanatgruppen den resultierenden Polyurethanen die gew\u00fcnschten mechanischen Eigenschaften verleihen. <\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df der endg\u00fcltigen Anwendung k\u00f6nnen Polyetherpolyole in einer Vielzahl von Molekulargewichten hergestellt werden.
